Srdjan Radulovic

Srdjan Radulovic, PhD
University of Prishtina, Faculty of Law, Serbia

I was born in Kosovska Mitrovica in 1987. After I finished both elementary and high school in Kosovska Mitrovica, I started studies at Faculty of Law at University of Pristina which was temporarily settled in Kosovska Mitrovica. Back in the day I was probably youngest student in the class. Nevertheless, I graduated, and that is something I am very proud of, in less than four years as "Vidovdanska nagrada" winner (that is an award that honors the best students in different fields).
In 2009 I started PhD studies at the same Faculty. According to the rules, after the first semester was completed, I had to choose a specific area of Law. My choice was Civil Law, specifically Law of Obligations. I passed all the exams with an average grade of 9.8, and I wrote a significant number of scientific papers.
In February of 2016 I completed my PhD research titled "FACTS THAT EXCLUDE UNLAWFULNESS IN A MEDICAL TREATMANT AND THEIR MUTUAL RELATIONS". Shortly after that I continued my career as a university professor. At this moment I am employed at Faculty of Law at University of Pristina as docent of Law of Obligations.
